UEK, is now in it's 9th year of providing quality instruction generated from many years of paddling adventures and experiences. We have developed our teaching methods by learning and modifying the techniques that are offered today, and analyzing the development of the student skills. Certification will be offered at various levels of progression.

Learn (fine tune) the paddle strokes, braces and rescue techniques the pertain to sea kayaking. Also covered in this class are the basics of kayak construction and design, equipment and safety issues.

This program is designed to advance the sea kayakers rescue skills and technique in a realistic setting. This training will be done in the ocean in more adverse conditions.

Safety and rescue certification will be issued upon completion.
